I didn't learn in school for a really dumb reason: essentially, I couldn't be ****ed with it. When we had to get the brick from the bottom of the pool, I waited until the teacher wasn't looking and grabbed it with my feet and threw it up to the top and caught it.
Did some lessons in late secondary school, then didn't swim for the next 7 or 8 years, then my ex took me to a pool and basically forced me to swim. And I did, and it really wasn't that hard.

Haha yeah, I think that really is the appeal of it, that same satisfying kick of Lego when you actually build something that looks cool
I just finished clearing the land for a fortress. Just need to find the right schematics for what I want to do.
I'm going ambitious and building a scale model of Isengared.

i had one lesson then i went on my own once since just on my own, but i feel awkward on my own at the swimming pool, i just tried to swim for 25 minutes and left. be better if i had someone to talk to or whatever.i don't really look forward to it but i still want to be able to swim because then swimming pools would be more fun and less awkward
Keep at it babe <3
