I've protested against promoting agents (who have no management background) to management level many times, as it almost always ends up with them ****ing shit up and displaying this kind of petty behaviour.

It's better if the workers know their place, and stay in the mindless drone job..

If they're not actually capable of handling a management job, yes. If the result of promoting them is just them functioning as a glorified hall monitor who don't get any actual work done because they're in over their heads, yes. More importantly, because their behaviour causes complaint after complaint from the ''mindless drones'' as you so condescendingly call them.

What you don't realise is that, once promoted to management status, ''mindless drones'' immediately forget they were once ''mindless drones'' themselves. Which leads to the oppressive behaviour mentioned by MG.

Edit: You arrogant tub of lard.

I guess these people think that if they do something for long enough, that means they're good at it. Poor, delusional bastards.

Welcome to another five years of Tory Britain, it's gonna be a wild ride. And a depressing one. Oh, so ****ing depressing.

Sometimes I wish UKIP won, so that maybe it'd have given the people a reason to rise up and do something drastic.

I've learned recently that Bipolar Disorder can be diagnosed very quickly

It's not bipolar.

BPD is Borderline personality disorder

Oh whats that?

Basically can be brought on by an trauma early in life that's not dealt with and stops you developing properly so u have problems with attachment/relationships etc

The doctor said it could have been caused by my mum dying when I was 6 and not dealing with it properly.

srug

From reading up on it it seems to fit
