Just made an über-bagel. It went: bottom later of bagel — sage/onion slice (tastes a bit like stuffing but has a smooth texture) — smoked cheese — black pepper — salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) — tabasco — smoked cheese — sage/onion slice (they're basically a kind of meat replacement for sandwiches, I mean it's essentially a light kind of stuffing flavour but in a slice. They're really tasty, honestly) — top layer of bagel

Sounds good, I'd probably minus the Tabasco as I don't like heat

I eat stuffing in its own, so the slice sounds good to me

I always go for the heat majors

Even uncooked stuffing is great

Assuming it's the veggy version of Bernard Mathews Turkey sage and onion slices

I like making turkey/cranberry/stuffing sandwiches with a moist maker - a la friends
