It's ok. I'd definitely prefer my position over being an agent. They've really got the shitty jobs, so I can't complain. I'm lucky I've been assigned a social media team and not a team that's actually on the phone as the agents generally have less frustrations dealing with clients and are therefore happier with their job. There's also more freedom, I don't mind if they're on their phone or chat with each other as long as they make their targets. Basically I'm sort of like those guys in sweatshops that hit the children with sticks if they're not working fast enough. Only I'm a slightly more ok guy compared to them. awehuhs
I'd prefer doing something more creative though, I've been keeping my eye out for something better. In the end they pay is good for Czech standards, so I don't have to find something else very quickly.
