You can't finish one of these in a single sitting, I went a full day without eating and ate only that and still got an upset stomach, surprisingly without any gas pains.

My mates neice who is 14 is upset and calling as her mum is in a flat upstairs from her and not answering and her daughters not feeling well and wants her mum 🙁

My mates trying to ring her sister but she's not answering to her either.
