The thing is, there comes a point where you actually have to have a conversation with them. If all you've got is ''I go on this forum and shitpost and then wank to Billie-Joe Armstrong'' you're not going to have success with most girls. So it does actually help a lot if you actually go out and do shit and experience things you can have a conversation about.

Some girls might like that you never know

I know, that's why I said most, not all. Chances are you're far less likely to meet one of the girls that might like that IRL though. So you can either try to do a Bardock42 or work on being more interesting and improving your social skills.
