In all honesty. Prisons would be removed. Everyone inside and everyone across the country who commits a crime should be killed. Only one punishment for any crime. Police enforced.
Recycling plants would be opened in every city to open jobs and help with pollution.America would send waste to us and they'd pay us for it.
Solar and water energy plants opened. Air purity Acts submitted to try to open a window to Cleaner air. The whole country would be policed and forced to better itself. City sized farms would be opened and government funded. For jobs and lower food costs across the nation. Radical it may be. Cruel at first. But there would be no crime. No person would be without work. No city without food or energy. No homeless. No higher taxes because removing the prison system and removing welfare would place funding elsewhere.
