NO, you install the package to your computer. Then you open the package and intstall all the divx parts you want (go for all) and they automatically give you sh*tloads of codecs. It should be automatic if something doesn't work in windows media player. And its totally free.

what is wrong...Im a little concerned that you havent let whatever you are downloading off of torrent download to its full time yet... that could be one reason it doesnt work
