It does matter to some men because of insecurities.

I went with my buddy to get std checked cause he was afraid to go alone.
The nurse asked me to drop pants so she could look at the dinggydang and she said that I was more comfortable with showing it off to her than most guys who come in bragging about having a huge one and getting all the girls which is why they get checked.. I told her that she's a nurse in a sexual heath clinic. It is literally her job to see it, she's not gonna judge me and if these guys want to show it off so muh why do they hide it?
