Your writing betrays too much certainty in your understanding and you permit yourself to make sweeping statements which do not stand up to scrutiny. It is fine to be unsure, to express doubts or confusion when the theories hit a brick wall in terms of how you are using them to explore a text. That is the nature of scholarship - not answering questions but learning that there are always more and deeper questions to pose.
