Belgium especially looks depressing as ****. Especially if you go to the Eastern part of the French-speaking part, Fouron specifically. There's ghost towns with derelict houses and industry that the government just won't bother to break down.

The North of the Netherlands can look like in that picture as well, but it's not as bad as Belgium. The weather is gloomy as **** though. Basically the same as in the British Isles.

Well that's in Flandres and quite well preserved do to its historical significance. Of course Belgium has some beautiful places, but so does the UK. awehuhs
