I don't know about the possibilities of being a student for ever in the UK, but you're more than likely going to have a job as well some day. Unless your parents can afford to have you as a disappointing ball and chain, sort of like Walshy.

Brev, you're going to have to do performance based presentations whether you're one of the nonces or have a PhD. if you're going to be working in any business capacity.
In fact, the higher your degree, the higher your pay-grade, the higher the likelihood that you're going to have to do these kind of presentations. I hate to have to break it to you. awehuhs
