Apple iPhone 4S 16GB for like £80.

I can't afford a really expensive one, what're your opinions on buying an older model, Bardock?

The latest ones are crazy expensive, the used market seems alright from what I can tell though

I have the 5s and it's perfect. I chose not to upgrade to the 6, I don't like the size.

The iPhone 5 will be outdated fast, though.

I hated the iTunes store because almost every app needs to have the latest firmware running on your device to be able to even download it. The new firmware will make your older devices slower since it's not optimized on the older tech.

With Android you can download custom firmwares that get your phone updated but optimized.

To be fair, I'm not much of a phone user, I don't really keep up to date with apps or anything. I use Snapchat, that's about it, really. All I want in a phone is something light, user-friendly, fairly simple and reliable.

Mine is the LG G3. 2014 phone, but still considered a great phone. It's being upgraded to Android Marshmallow, with reports saying it runs better now than it did on Lollipop.
