Although the day started off a bit rough, I now feel great and the weather seems to feel the same way! It's a beautiful day for a run, which I really appreciate cause it's one of the only things that actually provides me with a nice healthy dose of stress relief! I haven't been able to run for like a day due to the weather and it was driving me insane!I hope everyone else has a fantastic day as well! I know I don't post much as of late, but it doesn't mean I'm not lurking and keeping each and every one of you in my heart and my thoughts 😄!
i should start running again, i've only done it a few times since i got back from training. really slacking and can't find the motivation anymore.
