Went in the job centre few days ago and it was totally different, apparently it's all done online now which you know fine but I also hate that sometimes like just let me do my shit in person with another person sometimes I think we've gone too far we need to go back, be more basic, go old school, use our hands etc.
But also like the way the place was set had totally changed, it actually looked more bleak than it used to. Also there was no real like reception area I just rocked up to this guys desk and start asking questions
