There's really no substitute for good Mexican food when you're craving Mexican food, same applies to most other cuisines. Unless possibly going to a very similar cuisine, but that's a maybe.

So maybe you just don't really like Mexican food and that's okay.

90% of the time I prefer taco stands/trucks. There is a dank af place here that seats like 6 people. Their pozole is darn good

Yeah there's a pretty dank place here as well that's tiny af but it's run by a real Mexican and that and he has pretty dank food as well. I sometimes get a burrito or something there on the run. I like Mexican as street food, just not for restaurant dining and that.
