We looked at 2 houses today. A 5 bedroom that was unfortunately destroyed when the previous owner was foreclosed on. The tiles were crushed throughout the house, windows busted, cupboards ripped from the walls, eggs and feces on the walls. I'm kind of pissed they even tried to show us that house in it's state.

The second house is only a 3 bedroom but the garage can easily be converted to a 4th room. A nice fenced in yard with the public park right out front.
