The guy who did the first one is a scumbag and a half who I'm sure deals drugs out of his apartment.
Second guy is Mexican, can't really speak English and he and his wife have lost custody of a couple of their kids, yet still have 4 living with them in a tiny apartment. Their kids are mean little shits who call my son the mean one, yet they've been caught stealing toys from other kids (mine included) and throwing rocks at my son.

look, it wont get any better any time soon. kids growing up like that (the Mexican's) will just get worse, if the other neighbours are caught with possession that alone is jail time. selling is a straight ticket to jail
I suppose you got to weigh up your decisions, just hope your kids don't have to deal with anymore shit.
