It's a difficult name for foreigners to pronounce. In fact, your dad probably mispronounces it as well. Never heard a foreigner pronounce it correctly.

I think it's pronounced Johan Cruiff

The digraph ui in Dutch has a specific sound I've never heard in an English word so I wouldn't know how to present it phonetically.

Just assume that unless you've heard it pronounced by a Dutchman or Belgian you've heard it pronounced wrong.
