Captures some of the anger I feel at women in the fitness industry who often start out right, or adopt fitness to correct something wrong, but then betray their principles and/or otherwise go off the rails. States it much stronger than I am won't to, though. And the reality is if author's right, you're dealing with shattered people who probably need, and indeed needed long ago, someone to help them put the pieces back together.
Lauren Martin Stowe and Abby Pollock. Stowe previously known, pre-knife, for extraordinary pec development, Abby Pollock previously known, and probably to some extent still known, pre-knife, for overcoming an eating disorder and for extraordinary glute development. Sadly, Pollock seems to have taken the extremely bad advice of one of the panel commentators to undergo cosmetic surgery. The commentator herself had obvious self-esteem issues, and Pollock, of course, already having struggled with eating disorders, was especially vulnerable to such persuasion. Even so, Abby's initial story was somewhat inspiring, and worth sharing:
