What part is she having done and how much? Do your research on the MDs experience in the field, and read patient reviews. I'd also have her draw up on a piece of paper, what exactly she wants and how she wants it. Plastic surgery is done through the eyes of a plastic surgeon and they will recommend the best fit for your gf face, however it would help if you came in with an idea as to what you want out of the surgery. Because inflammation is inevitable you will not get the full results till after the swelling is down. As well as, you will need someone to take care of your gf after the operation. Usually plastic surgery recovery is 2-3 months. Really depends on how fast her body heals itself.
