To be honest I am tired of Transformers and Superheroes.

How about Battle of the Planets movie, or Thundercats.

I'd even go for a decent Masters of the Universe if they made it serious.

True. It's more fake. I watched the making of Honey I Shrunk the Kids.

The houses weren't even there, they had to build them from scratch in Mexico. The grass had to be watered a lot because it kept drying out. So many interesting facts.

As for, Flight of a Navigator. The main character appears in the movie The Never Ending Story---bullies street chasing scene. He is one of the boys running towards Bastian around the same time Navigator was being filmed.
