Take one down, pass it around,

Don’t you remember?
Your aunt fell in love w. that Civil War re-en actor after knowing him only six hours.

Ha, then she found out he wore that outfit EVERY DAY and he lived above a used book store.

Poor lady…

…she just couldn’t get over that used book store thing.

That guy rocked an awesome pair of mutton chops.

But anyhow, you say say your aunt’s coming to visit?

Eating a healthy vegan diet (i.e., rich in fruits, veggies, and whole grains) makes it easy to exceed the recommended 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day, and it's not unusual for that to translate into daily poops for vegans—or two or three! In fact, studies show that men who follow a plant-based diet fart more, and have larger stools than men following a standard Western diet. The results revealed that those following a plant-based diet farted seven times more per day and had stools twice the size as those following a Western diet on average.

How many vegans are there in the world? As of January 2021, approximately 79 million. While veganism is growing, it still covers only 1% of the global population. India is thought to have the most vegetarians globally, with up to 42% of the population avoiding meat products.

Vegan face is a name for a slack, wasted look that is caused by an absence of protein in your diet. The skin is dry, sallow and flaky. Protein literally props up the face: it makes it look plump (in a good way) and fresh-faced and wakeful. Vegans are more susceptible to nutritional deficiencies like Vitamin B12 and iron, which are both commonly found in animal products. Not having an adequate amount of minerals and vitamins can cause some unfortunate symptoms of malnutrition: acne, discoloration, stunted bone growth, the aforementioned saggy skin, and more.

In the 1976 movie Logan's Run, it seems the characters are vegan: when faced with the concept that humans once raised animals for food, Jessica remarks that "it must have been a savage world". Of course, what they don't know is that their own food source died out years ago….

Linda Blair is vegan. Guess that explains the pea soup.
