From what I've observed, they take voice lessons on how to sound more femme.
It doesn't sound very easy and a lot of baritone trans have problems getting there.

I have this BAD habit of copying people's accents when I am confronted with someone with an interesting accent. Its almost automatic. I usually just start mimicking them and dont realize I'm doing it till after. I just end up laughing because I have to stop and it's almost like if I want to be in character!

I used to do an exaggerated cowboy accent when meeting new people, a nervous habit it took me years to break.

Just dont get me near a Chinese or Indian. I sound racist. But cowboy accents are hot.
