Perfect or not time and atmosphere and the corrosive effects of oxygen will break a body down to nothing, some folks age gracefully and others fight it with surgical procedures and what not. Some take that to the extreme and really mess themselves up, I think doctors are to blame for that not talking some sense into them.

Well if you have surgery in your 20s by the time you are 40, your face would have widen and things would look very different. Unfortunately a lot of these procedures are irreversible. You can not remove implants due to nerve damage and nerve veins growing around the newly formed structure. So let's say you had surgery already, that surgery will result in nerve damage. Now let's say you want to remove it. No doctor will touch you because you will have nerve cells growing around the implant and further surgery will result in more damage to the body.
