first you need a flv player or it wont work - link: http://www.martijndevisser.com/blog/article/flv-player-updated

there is this site you go to first ... called KeepVid: http://keepvid.com/

its pretty easy to understand - you just copy/ paste the YouTube link ...and then when you save the link you have to add ".flv" at the end

after that is saved to the desktop - you have to convert it to a quicktime file - so you will need Cinema Forge..
