you know how to slow them down or speed them up???

its at the bottom of each frame ..you push a the little tab and you pick the speed -- you should maybe slow them down to .5 or 1.0

I know how to slow them down, I just didn´t feel like it. it didn´t seem that fast to me ermm but I can do it now
