It doesn't make a difference though. It's not a human choice to start with yawn

it is a humans choice whether we choose to treat an animal equally

eg. some people eat animals - not treating an animal equally
some people are vegans- treating animals fairly

it shouldnt be our choice but it is because the human race have the power...

Yes it is their choice to treat them equally. But that doesn't change anything.

And eating an animal doesn't change if it equal or not. yawn

A fox eats a rabbit - is it above the rabbit? Is it better?

if all animals and humans are equal then why do we have a choice?
we are equal because we have the power to kill all of the animals...
we can choose life or death for an animal and not get punished (unless the animal is a protected species)...

if the fox does not treat the rabbit equal and the rabbit does not treat the fox as an equal what makes you think that they are equal?

animals and humans SHOULD be equal but the fact is they aren't and thats life...

its true 🙂

Animals and humans have their strengths and weaknesses, but I do not think this changes their equality.

And the fox is not treating the rabbit unequally. It is survival, nothing to do with the animals worth.

its nothing to do with stengths and weaknesses though... its to do with choice- if we choose to treat an animal as an equal then thats good... if you don't then theres nothing wrong with that. An animal is not equal if we eat it them and test on them... if animals were equal they would have rights and know the laws etc.. but the fact is they don't... and i doubt that they ever will...

if the fox saw the rabbit as an equal it would not tear it to peices and rip out its guts for food... instead they would treat each other with respect or at least abide by laws etc and they would know that they have rights...

humans are equal and they don't eat other humans to survive.

Some people don't know their rights and laws. Does that make them less than another person?
Is a mentally disabled person worth less than someone who is highly educated?
If I treat someone unequally it doesn't change their equality.

Sure it would. And a human could kill and eat another human without thinking that they're worth more.
