I'm thinking of the right asgard destroyer right? The asgard armor that you "wear" by putting your spirit into it? Designed to fight Celestials? Even though it failed, I'd say it's powerful enough to crush Beta Ray Bill. As much as I like that horseface.
Bill was crushing planets before wearing the gem, put it on, and that gives him quite a bit more power and versatility. Cain Marko's body had only a small fraction of Cytorrak's power because his body could not handle it. Beings like Thor, Hulk, BRB, etc... Are far more powerful than a normal human, and will adapt to the gem and will be able to handle more of it's power than plain old Cain Marko.
BRB wins.
juggs armor + his force field??
who's in the armor doesn't much matter. it boils down to juggs v destroyer. destroyer easily if it just the armor. armor + force field it's a debate. destroyer wins or it's a draw. the biggest weapon in the fight is the disintegration ray which has badly damaged celestials. imo the disintegration WOULD affect juggs. juggs/bill can't damage the destroyer armor. i've no idea why people are picking bill.
The Juggernaut possesses an eighth of Cyttorak’s power and only enough matter from Cyttorak’s realm to cover his body.
His soul and life-force are that of an insignificant (and repugnant) human being. As Thor once told the oblivious Cain Marko, there are powers which far surpass that which a mere human being’s body could contain.
If someone like Thor for example, had the gem, he'd be far more powerful than Normal Juggs. Thor's body is stronger, more durable, and can handle more power from the Cytorrak gem. They would have far better control over the gem and possibly learn to exploit the gems other powers.
Mystical Force-field - In order that he not have his personal space violated, the Juggernaut can surround himself with an almost-impregnable mystical force barrier. This was seen to resist both the impact and explosion of a fuel tanker slamming into him. It responds to any tactile threat, which includes Spiderman's webbing.Material Control - Although it takes others incredible effort and energy to destroy or remove the Juggernaut's psi-proof helmet, he himself can do so with great ease, as if he were simply removing a hat. He is also the only one who can take off or dissolve his costume (save Onslaught, who was known to have damaged it).
Mass Extrapolation - Again controlled by an outside force, the Juggernaut was once able to increase his mass until he stood roughly 100ft. tall, so a logical assumption would be that his strength increased proportionately. It is possible that he drew this mass from the Crimson Cosmos, or some other mystical source.
Mystical Shrinking Effect (Bolt projection) - The Juggernaut once fired mystical bolts which were able to shrink down Nightmare so that he could fight him on a more "equal footing".
Mystical blast projection - In the past The Juggernaut was seen firing globules of energy from his body in a long-range salvo (although this is apparently a forgotten ability, rather than one he no longer has, possibly because it taxes his other powers to an unknown level).
Transdimensional Traversal - As the pure personification of the Cyttorak's power, untethered by Cain Marko's human weakness, the Juggernaut's power was unleashed to the point where he was literally punching holes into other dimensions with his fists.
Beta Ray Bill is classic Thor. Only he's more ruthless and slightly stronger. He has all of classic Thor's powers here:

Add in Juggs powers plus, his power will rival the Destroyer's.
