Jango Fett v. Commander Cody

Jango Fett, the most notorious bounty hunter in the galaxy and the true template of the Clone Army of the Republic, has somehow managed to evade death at Mace Windu's hands at Geonosis, and travels to Musafar to assist in the rescue of the Separatist leadership from the clutches of Darth Vader and a contingent of Clone Troopers. Vader is preoccupied with hunting down Viceroy Gunray, and bolts to defeat the Nemodian's security squad of battle droids, leaving the trained and deadly Clone Commander Cody and his squad to finish off the Separatist forces in the stronghold. Cody's five-man squad is picked off by the well aimed shots of Jango and a super battle droid. Cody manages to destroy the droid before taking cover behind the Separatist conference table, and also manages to damage Fett's booster pack, ruining his distinct aerial advantage. Cody preps his blaster rifle for battle, and realizes that he must be on his guard if he is to defeat one of the most dangerous men in the galaxy.

Who wins? Fight takes place in the Separatist bunker.

Jango. He's got to much experience, and can simply hide until Cody gets tired or something. Jango won't go T2T with him.

Jango is older, damn near close to being forty, but he's in exceptional physical condition. His advantage of the jet pack has been nullified in this duel, so he and Cody must battle on foot. Fett has more experience in killing people, but save for his fatal experience on Geonosis, he does not have much 'war' experience when compared to Cody. Hmm...

War experience won't help in a 1 on 1 fight.

It may. Commander Cody seems to be the more adept tactition and strategist than Fett, but Fett seems the more adept killer. Now, we can safely assume that though Cody is the superior tactition, he isn't without the ability to kill, and though Fett is the superior killer, he isn't without the ability to formulate tactics.

In all honesty, I give them both excellent chances.

Not in this scenario. Cody is a better leader and a better soldier perhaps, but Jango Fett is the real deal and he excels at the hunt. Cody doesn't have much of a prayer.

Cammander Cody wouldn't know what hit him.

Cody has ARC training and is very good. But Jango is the best of the best. Stronger than any Clone of himself.
