Toxin vs Solomon Grundy last one

The Symbiote Toxin-Toxin is considered to be the strongest of both Carnage and Venom, and even adopting special abilites of his two symbiote predecessors. He can stick to walls, assume the identity of almost anyone and also has unlimited webbing. His webbing, interestingly enough, takes on a shape of a steel chain. He can also form solid weapons from his limbs like his father

*sigh*
All that means nothing to Grundy. Hed find a way to kill Carnage.

Superman had trouble with Venom Come on Carnage is more powerful then him and Toxin is more powerful then him. Carnage even gave Silver Surfer a fight then the symbiote went to him

Superman had trouble with Venom beacuse at the time his power was severly reduced, I belive to him only being able to lift 2 tons.

And some dumb would not make that mistake?
