Spawn wins, but please, ignore what Spawnrules said. He's an embarrasment to all Spawn fans.
There's pretty much nothing strength-based characters can do to Spawn. He is indeed above Skyfather level in many aspects, and has either stalemated or defeated a few above Skyfather level characters.
Cog is short for Cogliostro aka Merlin aka Cain, the first murderer. He's a very very old guy (immortal, because God cursed him), who acts as advisor, traitor and many things to numerous Hellspawn in the comics.
