that's a far better speed feat than someone like say thor has imo. but compared to nano-second, i don't think it's very much. imo though the fact that someone has never been overwhelmed by speed should play at least some part in coming to a conclusion. i def think speed would play a factor. i just don't see it being as big a factor as you do. and not as big a factor as these blades of his would be.

I think Thor would do better, because he and Bill are rough equals, and I've seen Bill fight Surfer whilst they were both moving FTL(Bill was on top of Skuttlebutt, and Surfer was... Surfing.)
Just wanted to add this in. He wasn't just going straight all the way. We can see in the next panel how Darkseid's dog patrol are littered all over the field.

IIRC, he just went through some crazy ordeal in the abyssmal plane or something. He fought some demons, blah, blah, blah, gave up the ALE, then got sent home by some elder god. He was actually not fully coherent when he blitzed the dog patrol. The comic was never really clear, but to me he was in a trans state in that attack. Then he fell back into some kind of coma.

cool. i knew i'd used that scan as a speed feat before, and the second scan explains why. i used to have the whole orion series on my computer then it crashed and i didn't bother to dl it again. i should. it was really good. simonson did a great job on it.
