Do heart attacks hurt?

What? No no! But one of my father's had one about 2 years ago

So how many of you have had elephants standing on your chests? Or kicking you?

The answer is none, isn't it? So I'm curious as to how you know that this is a similar feeling.

I have, just once.

i have twice. The way i figure it is heart attacks cant hurt too much as hearts dont have arms, however armed with a hammer maybe....

My aunt had a heart attack, all that happened is she fell unconsicous.

Oh sheesh AC. Ive had a heart attack and NO Ive never had an actual elephant on my chest. I can only tell you its a crushing kind of feeling. K?

you know because, its obvious your chest tightens and you feel pain in the chest and pain going up your arm. Along with the other symptoms. Its not like your gonna get all these pains and be like "yeah, this is normal". Its just something most people realize, Unfortunately they can come on so fast not everyone can call for help.
