you know because, its obvious your chest tightens and you feel pain in the chest and pain going up your arm. Along with the other symptoms. Its not like your gonna get all these pains and be like "yeah, this is normal". Its just something most people realize, Unfortunately they can come on so fast not everyone can call for help.
