after consuming one planet, and no breaks or eating again. So some of these wont be progressing in terms of difficulty, by very much.

1) Insane Genis Vell, Sun-Dipped Superman and Silver Surfer
2) Sentry, King Thor, FP Quasar, Green Lantern(Kyle)
3) Thanos, Fully-Confident Glads, 8th Day Juggs
4) Odin, Zeus
5) Tyrant, Onslaught
6) Molecule Man, Adam Warlock(w/gem), Set
7) In-Betweener
8) The Celestials

how far can he make it--

Funny when I read big G I thought you were talking about God.....

Odin and Zeus together will give him a beating too, but they won't win the fight.

And true, Galactus isn't passing the Celestials, but he'll probably beat one of them.

[b]Up to this point he takes out everyone with little effort, including Odin and Zeus

5) Tyrant, Onslaught

Which version of Tyrant is this? Depowered Tyrant and Galactus wins easily, full powered Tyrant and he's in for a fight.

6) Molecule Man, Adam Warlock(w/gem), Set
7) In-Betweener

G wins here as will

8) The Celestials

ALL of the Celestials? After he's faced everyone else? He goes down here though he could probably fight them individually and hold his own.
