I assume this is Scream, the yellow symbiote....
Scream's been with her symbiote longer, is more experienced, and knows what she is capable of. Toxin has been shown to be at least as strong as Carnage but he is still learning about his abilities. Could go either way. (Personality-wise, I think Scream is a better character but this is a fight so...)

If its Toxin the way he was when he first showed up he would win this, When Toxin was first born he was a beast and able of putting down both venom and carnage when he lost control. In his new series he seems to have been dubed down a alot in the powers like when spiderman knocked him out in one kick but yea if its Toxin the wayt he was when he wass first born then he takes this easily.
idont know man toxin had venom pretty shook, that dude means business, plus venom said somthing to the effect of since he's the thousandth symbiote from that blood line he has the potential to be more powerful than any other....the same way that super sayins only come along once every hundred generations so if its toxin in his original unbridled form i give it to him, but Scream means business too
