Not too worried. Although the possibility is always there, I try not to live my life in fear. Especially media-hyped fear. If you are gonna worry, I'd worry more about every time you set a foot into your car. That's more likely to kill you than the bird flu.
No sense in getting in driving ourself nuts because there is a remote chance that something bad might happen to you.

Hmmm. Australia is just a stone throw away from Asia, the heartland of the prospective bird flu pandemic. Still, not terribly concerned because a. there is not a single thing in the world I can do to influence it and b. we are much better prepared for it then previous pandemics (even though Australia is apparently woefully understocked at the moment when it comes to the workable vaccine)
And of course this brings to mind the whole SARS hoo-ha, and look at that. So I guess I am conscious of the potential threat, but it's not going to impact on my life in the least.
