Tarkin definately. Blue skin looks silly to me, and Tarkin had that evil cool sophisticated villain down pat. I personally liked him better as a villain than I did Vader.

Maul. While Maul has little personality, Plo Koon has none and he looks even worse.

Luminara or Shaak Ti?

Shaak Ti. Luminara has to be one of the dumbest characters ever created by a working production.

Vodo. He could fight.

IG-88 (All 4) or Boba Fett? I say the IG-88's, cuz they're just plain evil. Boba Fett was cool, until his past was revealed. I used to like that mysteriousness about him. But IG-88 all the way.

Defintely Fett for me. Him and Jango are my favorite bounty hunters.

GG or Durge

I'd say Mace.

Obi-Wan Ke-Ninja, all the way.

Asaaj Ventress or Aurra Sing.

Asaaj for me. She just seemed more menacing and dangerous. I guess I just like her more.

Vader. he's the original Star Wars badass, and the dude who defined villains for many.

ROTS Dark Anakin or DE Dark Luke

Traya. I like a woman who is evil and takes control.

Vader or Ben?

Hmm. Ben Kenobi or Skywalker? Anywhom if its Kenobi then he's cooler than Vader. At least in ANH where Vader was underused and hadnt reached his full cinematic potential.
