Tarkin is cold blooded and sadistic, pretty cool.

Maul. Plo Koon IMO is almost irrelevant to the plot.

Yoda, Vodo seems like an overgrown, corellian monkey lizard. (Kyle Katarn). Yoda is awesome.

Obi-Wan, by far my favourite character in the Saga, though The Count is pretty awesome too.

Republic. The Empire got their asses handed to them by Ewoks, at least the Republican army could unleash more whoop ass.

Grievous. Grievous is a bizarre, alien creature. I rather liked him. Kar Vastor was boring and two-dimensional to me.
