Maul. Most people might not like him, but he certainly looked cooler than Dooku, Sidious, or Yoda. Maul is uber-leet in the cool category.

Revan is the epitemy (however you spell it) of cool. Sion just doesnt cut it, although that scene where he wakes up at the beginning of KOTOR would be uber cool if it done better and with a higher res.
