Asgard Destroyer vs Adamantium Warriors

I believe the Asgard Destroyer is made of Uru or some other more-durable-than-adamantium mystical metal. Plus you don't have any pilot for the destroyer. I'm not sure if it has sentience or not.

it has its own "sentience" that works with its host, or in most cases over powers it and runs its own agenda.

despite numbers the destroyer never stops, never tires. eventually all will fall on the list against its might. it cant be hurt...
