Hawkeye's Rebirth (SPOILERS)

No it hasn't come out yet. It's from this book:

This is how he comes back temporarily in She-Hulk.

She-Hulk #2 will arrive in stores on Wednesday from Marvel Comics. The issue is written by Dan Slott, with art by Juan Bobillo and a cover by Greg Horn.

Here's how Marvel describes the issue:

Yeah I read the first issue and was waiting for the second.

She-Hulk is involved in a time trial and they pulled jurors from various points in time. One of them happens to be Clint Barton (Hawkeye) and She-Hulk is determined to make sure he doesnt' die.
