Qui-Gon Jinn and Quinlan Vos just don't have a lot of power, and Darth Maul is a practitioner of the Sith's verison of Form VII and the teräs käsi.
Not even Ki-Adi-Mundi or Kit Fisto could take down the Dark Lord of the Sith in training, but Genral Grievous would overpower Maul and jump ontop of him, ending him at 5.

TPM visual dictionary says Maul's saber skills are better than Sidious' and we all saw how easily he dealt with Kit.
✅ Lord Maul would rape Kit and put an even bigger smile on his face. Maul is capable of whooping all seven, but his arrogance would get the best of him some where along the line. Like when he gets to Luminara, he might cut one of her hands off, stand there and smile in pride, and with her other hand she summons her saber and plunges it into the Sith Lord.
