Considering that the Punisher has displayed the ability to hold his own in hand-to-hand combat with not only Batman, but also Spider-man, Daredevil, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, etc. I can't see any reason to assume that he would out right lose a brawl. Though obviously this is where Batman excells so it would be in Franks best intrest not to be pulled into a physical confrantation.

Good point on the killing innocents parts, as for hand-to-hand I think a real fighter like DD, Wolverine and Batman tolerate him, heck I'll go as far as to say toy with him, these are fighter who are trained to located weaknesses, study fighting styles, and fight against superior numbers and not kill, It's that a better fitgher to fight 20 guys and not kill or maim any of them.

This will not work anymore cause part of the New Batman Armor...note not custome Armor🙂 is a proxmity like solnar, I guess after fighting villians like TaskMaster and Slade, and or course maybe as one of the Continginceies to like Green Arrow...very hard to snipe if not impossible, Not to mention Punisher like to go face to face at least once.
