How do you use mods on Halo Trial?

What is Halo Trial?

WHAT IS HALO TRIAL?! It is halo except it has worse graphics but it's free and you can put mods in it which means you can make levels and weapons and vehicles and you can kick everybody's a$$. IT'S ONLINE and really cool and you can talk to people while you play!

But why not get Halo 1 on PC and play online?
