I think it is because Morlun absorbs Spideys life energy with each hit.
this might has weakened Spidey that he felt the impact much harder.

But it could also be that Hulk never hit Spidey at full power or Thor.

But even so Morlun is a Class 100 in my eyes.

Hulk may have never landed such a solid punch. I don't know for sure though. Or it could just be exaggerated...it's not an unbiased source, since Spidey's narrating that part. And yeah...Morlun, not Morbius. It's been a while since I read those issues.

why does it seem like spider-man's punches actually hurt the hulk? it looks like it to me...

I'm sure they hurt some. Like getting stung by a bee. Not fatal, but annoying and kinda painful. They don't kncok Hulk out though...so I think it's drawn rather correctly.

Here's the DD scans again...hopefully they work this time.

This is actually a DD feat I found. He picks a bullet off in mid-air…pretty cool stuff.

It’s important to note that Surfer was trying to fight the symbiote’s influence, so he wasn’t going all out, but the symbiote would take control occasionally and the blasts were aimed to kill.
