He gets shot at later during the night, and he doesn't have time to dodge because MJ is directly in the path of the bullet it he moves out of the way, so he just webs the gun, causing the man to blow his hand to ribbons.

FNSM #7 dealing with El Muerto. Pete uses his scientific knowledge and cunning to deal with El Muerto's enchanted armor that deflects bullets, magic, weapons etc. So pete figures out to melt it instead...

In Amazing Spider-Man #365, Spider-Man and Lizard are fighting in the sewer and their fight causes the ceiling to collapse on Spidey. Spidey talks about how heavy it is and realizes what fell on him was Penn TRAIN STATION. They show the trains and how thick the concreat is thats on him and the steel ect ect... Then he lifts it all off his back and holds it over his head. He lifted a freakin TRAIN STATION off his back!!!! He says Thor and the Hulk couldn't even lift what he just did. I know they could, but still a feat of strength that is compaired to them is a great one.
