Similarities Between Most/All Animes

This is a game that we played during my school's last anime club screening. We (five people) got to 22 things. It's really very simple. All you have to do is list something that occurs in a lot of animes. I'll start it off:

- guns don't work, if you want someone dead always use a sword or something along those lines

- if the main character isn't the best, they want to be

- half-siblings are always evil, especially if they are older

have fun guys!

ummm this isnt in all anime...but it is in quite a few

-A bunch of pretty girls fall in love w/ a dorky guy rofl (examples: Tenchi, Mahoromatic, Ai Yori Aoshi, etc

- Giant flying bio mechanical units 😛

ha i got another!!
- Theres always a hot springs episode!! rofl

lol...true, true 😛

- some type of canine demon who causes havoc at one point.
- the 'tough girl' who plays hard to get.
- the whiner aka kagome, shinji, and keiko

theres always a betrayal of sides, aka kagura and naraku

- relationship problems. girl can't tell guys, guy unable to tell girl, or one sided love

(ex: Inuyasha/Kagome/Kikyo, Naruto/Sakura/Sasuke)

- main character always able to see the good in others.

rofl true!!
- You gatta have ur pervert! (Miroku is a very good example!)

- karaoke..somwhere, somehow, always 😛

- pocky, somewhere and somehow.

- always something that defys gravity

the other side to this

- the one that doesn't care (sessho, sasuke, yuki)

the bi-characters is way cooler than main character.

Assuming that by "bi" you're talking about characters' importance rather than their sexuality, I agree; the supporting cast often does outshine the star.

That is so true 😂

I think thats what is meant. well......

- Good guy always has better aim, even if he's drunk. the bad guy (no matter how many) most often misses their target

in addition to having ur pervert and some1 who doesnt care...

- Theres always some1 who is extremely clumbsy
- Theres your bad guy, but theres always a reason to why that person is so mean, and so we sympathize for the character

in kids anime
-evil characters all DUMB

yes!
plus, in americanized anime:

- the hero is overly stupid.

haha yup! like Goku rofl

Powers and abilites

Main chars tend to power up during the process of the series...
Generaly they have been given (what can only be described as)
"The Ub3r Hax0r" power... they generaly reach a new lvl of power when someone they care about is gonner get killed...
This is usally followed by the *SHOCK GOSH* "How are they so powerful" face by there friends and baddies...

Often a main character is a tough adolescent that is somewhat of an "outcast."

(example: Ichigo, Yusuke and Naruto.)

Don't forget the bad-guy turned good.
