Thats the point if OR can suck his lifeforce then he can surely take this.

Does he need contact with the tentacles or his hands to suck the lifeforce?

Is he fast enough to do so?

they say he is way faster than sabretooth, who is faster than wolverine...i dunno how quick he is

I think Black Tarantula was faster then Spider-Man.

BT is faster than Spiderman.

i'm not sure about that but it is close, in any event. spidey was able to ddge and elude bt many times in their battle. bt had skill + strength/stamina advantages. spidey actually did pretty damn well against him in their last fight. someone as ruthless as OR might fare better. again, i'm just not sure how OR's powers would work against bt.
