Books of Doom miniseries!

I bought the first issue of this recently, but I haven't read it yet. I'll get back to you guys when I do. Anyone else buy this? If so, what do you think?

I read the it last night. It was alright. It basically told the origin of Doom's childhood (through his view) and how his mother died and by the end of the issue (the first of 6) he is roughly 16 years old. Not exactly sure where the series is going, which is kind of a good thing.

BUMP... Did anyone read this, or is anyone planning on it?
